RECORDS DIVISION
The Sioux County Sheriff’s Office Records Division is open Monday 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM, and Tuesday – Friday 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM. The available services provided are shown below. Note: records are only from this office if the Sioux County Sheriff’s Office is the investigating agency.

Note: In some reports, the only information provided will be the date, time, specific location, and immediate facts and circumstances surrounding a crime or incident except in those unusual circumstances where disclosure would plainly and seriously jeopardize an investigation or pose a clear and present danger to the safety of an individual.

- Must be the licensee or have written authorization to obtain the record
- The fee is $10.00 per record – cash or checks only

- Average session takes between 10-15 minutes
