On Saturday, November 18, at 5:52 p.m., the Sioux County Sheriff’s Office arrested Carlos Ramirez-Chilel, age 24, of Hull, IA.
The arrest stemmed from an investigation into a report of a sexual assault that occurred at a Hull residence earlier this month. The investigation revealed that Ramirez-Chilel had sexual contact with a child-victim.
Ramirez-Chilel was charged with third degree sex abuse and lascivious acts with a child.
