On Thursday, November 9, at 11:37 p.m., the Sioux County Sheriff’s Office arrested Cody Mulder, age 40, of Hospers, IA.
The arrest stemmed from a report that Mulder was threatening to assault the occupant inside an apartment on Willow Creek Lane in Hospers. During the disturbance, Mulder also broke the front door of the apartment.
When deputies arrived, Mulder became aggressive toward them, refused to obey commands and was taken into custody after deputies deployed a Taser.
Mulder was transported to the Sioux County Jail where he was charged with interference with official acts and harassment.
