Information sought after vehicle drives through fence, doesn’t report incident west of Boyden – October 7

On Saturday, October 7, at 12:56 p.m., the Sioux County Sheriff’s Office investigated a hit-and-motor vehicle accident that occurred on Jackson Avenue (county road K-64), three miles west of Boyden, IA.

Upon further investigation, a vehicle traveling northbound on Jackson Avenue entered the west ditch and drove through a pasture fence; the vehicle left the area without reporting the accident. The incident likely occurred on Thursday, October 5, or Friday,
