On Friday, September 8, at 9:54 p.m., the Sioux County Sheriff’s office investigated a motor vehicle accident that occurred on Marsh Avenue north of 320th St, one mile west of Sheldon, IA.
Megan Babb, age 29, of Sanborn, IA, was driving a 2021 Dodge Durango southbound on Marsh Avenue when she struck a deer on the roadway.
No injuries were reported.
The Dodge sustained an estimated $5,000 in damage.
