On Monday, August 14, at 6:08 p.m. the Sioux County Sheriff’s Office arrested Raymon Davis, age 43, of Le Mars, IA.
The arrest stemmed from a report of a disturbance that occurred near the intersection of Highway 75 and 500th Street, three miles south of Maurice, IA.
Upon further investigation, it was determined that Davis assaulted a female victim at that location.
Davis was transported to the Sioux County Jail where he was charged with domestic abuse assault causing bodily injury.
