On Friday, August 4, at 9:56 p.m., the Sioux County Sheriff’s Office received an anonymous NIXLE Tip reporting an underage drinking party that occurred at 1995 350th Street, southwest of Rock Valley, IA.
Upon further investigation, deputies 27 people at the residence and discovered numerous beer cans and other alcoholic beverages scattered across the property.
Deputies conducted field sobriety checks on all individuals. Of those present; Reagan Maassen, age 18, Gabino Vargas, age 18, Brycen Zomer, age 18, Tristan Davelaar, age 19, each of Rock Valley; Meghan Bullock, age 18, of Sioux Center, IA; Madison Emerick, age 18, Joseph Andringa, age 19, Jennifer Luevano, age18, each of Hull, IA; Chayce Cleveringa, age18, of Doon, IA were all charged with possession of alcohol under legal age. Additionally, seven juveniles were also cited into Juvenile Court for possession of alcohol under legal age.
