On Sunday, July 30, at 8:48 p.m., the Sioux County Sheriff’s Office investigated a motor vehicle accident that occurred at the intersection of 310th Street and Cherry Avenue, six miles west of Rock Valley, IA.
Blake Ten Haken, age 18, of Hull, IA, was driving a 2015 GMC Sierra westbound on 310th Street when he lost control of the vehicle and entered the north ditch.
No Injuries were reported.
Damage to the pickup was estimated at $5,000.
Ten Haken was cited for failure to maintain control of a motor vehicle.
