On Wednesday, July 26, at 12:51 p.m., the Sioux County Sheriff’s Office arrested Trebor Mosey, age 24, of Sioux City, IA.
The arrest stemmed from a motor vehicle accident that occurred that same date at 10:11 a.m. when Mosey was driving a 2004 Ford F-150 northbound on Highway 60, lost control of the vehicle, entered the median and rolled.
Mosey was transported by the Orange City Ambulance to Orange City Area Health for treatment of minor injuries.
The Ford sustained approximately $7,000 in damage.
Upon further investigation, the deputy suspected that Mosey was under the influence of alcohol.
Upon Mosey’s release from medical care, he was transported to the Sioux County Jail where he was charged with operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated, failure to maintain control of a motor vehicle and operating a motor vehicle without liability insurance.
