On Tuesday July 25, at 7:02 p.m., the Sioux County Sheriff’s Office arrested Travis Twito, age 34, of Sioux City, IA.
The arrest stemmed from an incident that occurred during a child custody exchange in Alton, IA, where Twito threatened serious physical harm to the adult female party involved in the child exchange.
Twito was transported to the Sioux County Jail where he was charged with fist degree harassment.
The sheriff’s office was assisted by the Alton-Orange City Police Department.
