On Wednesday, June 21, at 9:27 p.m., the Sioux County Sheriff’s Office arrested Fabian Nuno, age 18 of Hospers, IA.
The arrest stemmed from an incident that occurred at an earlier date, at 2:48 a.m., where a deputy patrolling through the Eastside Park in Hull, IA, discovered Nuno inside a vehicle with a 12 year old female; the two were engaged in unlawful consensual sexual contact with each other.
Nuno was charged with second degree for sex abuse.
