On Tuesday, April 11, at 1:14 p.m., the Sioux County Sheriff’s Office arrested Yunior Gomez-Gonzales, age 30, of Granville.
Upon further investigation, deputies discovered that Gomez-Gonzales assaulted a victim at a residence in Granville and prevented them from continuing their phone call for help.
Gomez-Gonzales was transported to the Sioux County Jail where he was charged with second offense domestic assault and obstruction of emergency communications.
