On Wednesday, January 4, at 2:22 p.m., the Sioux County Sheriff’s Office investigated a motor vehicle accident that occurred on 370th Street, four miles northeast of Sioux Center, IA.
Miguel Ramirez, age 32, of Hull, IA, was driving a 2007 Toyota Tacoma eastbound on 370th Street when he lost control of the vehicle, entered the north ditch and rolled.
No injuries were reported.
Damage to the Toyota was estimated at $10,000.
Ramirez was cited for failing to maintain control of a motor vehicle and operating a motor vehicle without a valid driver’s license.
The sheriff’s office was assisted by the Sioux Center Fire Department and Sioux Center Ambulance.
